本機組主要由動態提取罐、蒸發濃縮器及工藝管道等組成，集動態熱回流提取、真空濃縮、溶劑回收為一體，并能在密閉狀態下連續而同步地進行提取與濃縮，濃縮時產生的溶劑蒸汽，經冷凝后回流到提取確，適用于中藥、生物、食品、輕工等行業水和有機溶劑的常溫及60℃左右的低溫提取，具有投資少、效率高等優點。 This machine unit is mainly composed by dynamic extraction tank, evaporation concentrator and process pipes. It combines dynamic reflow extraction, vacuum concentration and solvent recycling as a whole which is capable to perform extraction and concentration continuously at the same time under closed status. The solvent steam produced during concentration will flow back to extraction tank after condensation. It is applicable for extraction of water and organic solvent under room temperature and at about 60℃ in traditional Chinese medicine industry, biological industry, food industry and light industry, etc. It enjoys advantages as low investment and high efficiency. |
